Project: Redesign of a back office to configure a 3D product configurator for e-commerce websites
Goal of the redesign: Enable e-commerce managers to efficiently set up their products in the 3D configurator
Responsibilities: I was asked to quickly optimize this tool. The project was carried out without the possibility of interviewing users, so I had to rely on our existing personas to guide my decisions.
Identified issues:
- Unclear guidance
- Poor ergonomics in product and visual setup
Main actions I took:
- Defined user flows based on existing personas
- Created wireframes
- Designed high-fidelity mockups using our design system
